How SPONSATO works
Local partnerships usually fall apart on logistics, not on interest. A club does not know which businesses to ask; a bakery does not know which events exist. SPONSATO is the place where both sides can see each other, agree terms and keep a record.
- 1Discover opportunities
Browse without an account. Filter by sport, district, date, budget and what you actually get back โ a pop-up, court branding, product sampling, shirts.
- 2Connect or make an offer
Ask a question, or propose a package. Offers can be budget, product, food, equipment, services, or any mix of those.
- 3Create a partnership
When the organization accepts, a Match is created: contact details unlock, the agreement is generated, and delivery is tracked through to the event.
- 1List an opportunity
Eight short steps. What it is, who comes, what you need, and what a partner receives. Around ten minutes.
- 2Receive partner interest
Partners save your listing, message you and make offers. Everything arrives in one inbox instead of five different email threads.
- 3Build the partnership
Accept the offer that works, generate the agreement, and keep a record of what was delivered โ useful the next time you list.
Why partnerships stay on SPONSATO
Not because we make it hard to leave โ because leaving costs you the parts that are actually useful.
Verification
Legal name, registration and official contact reviewed once, visible everywhere afterwards.
Private until matched
Direct contact details are shared once an offer is accepted, so neither side is cold-called out of the process.
Agreements
Partnership terms become a real contract from a legally reviewed template, signed by both sides.
History that counts
Completed partnerships and confirmed delivery stay on your profile and make the next one easier.
Questions people ask
What does SPONSATO cost?
Browsing and listing are free. SPONSATO takes a fee only when a partnership is agreed through the platform โ so nobody pays for a conversation that goes nowhere.
Do I need a big budget to sponsor something?
No. Most listings have packages from around โฌ250, and many accept product, food or services instead of budget. A bakery supplying breakfast is a real partner, not a lesser one.
Can we agree something that isn't in a package?
Yes. Every offer lets you propose your own combination of budget and goods & services, with a message explaining it. Organizations can accept, decline or come back to you.
Who writes the contract?
SPONSATO supplies the structured terms โ parties, dates, amounts, deliverables โ to a contract provider that renders a legally reviewed template and collects signatures. SPONSATO does not write contract language.
Is SPONSATO only for sport?
Sport is where it starts because the need is clearest, but the model is the same for a street festival, a school, or a cultural event. Community listings are already live.
How do you stop people going around the platform?
Mostly by being worth staying on: contact details unlock at the Match, and offers, agreements, delivery confirmation and partnership history all live in one place.
